Performance Lexus is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional for immediate hire!   This is a full-time, salary-paid position, working at our Lexus dealership in Cincinnati, Ohio. No experience necessary, we will train you, or build on your earlier sales experience, at no cost to you. We hire, train, promote and compensate our car sales associates based on personal and professional competence and potential for advancement.    Position Pay: You choose your compensation package: - Commission based (maximized earning potential, performance based, pay varies) - Salary and bonus based (steady earning potential, pay is more consistent) Position Hours:  - Standard business hours Monday through Friday, and regular sales hours Saturday and some Sundays. - Additional hours to maximize earning potential which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
