Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky is seeking Sales Professionals for immediate hire!

 

We built a new, ultramodern, state of the art Lexus dealership in Fort Wright, Kentucky that is easily accessible from Cincinnati, Ohio via I-71/75. The 52,000 square foot dealership includes a two-story vehicle showroom, thirty-three vehicle bays in the service department, an outdoor roof deck, and more!

 

We are seeking car sales professionals to join our team for immediate hire! No experience needed!

 

 

Position details:

  • Full-time employment.
  • $60,000 earning potential.*
  • Bonus pay opportunities, based on sales performance.

Responsibilities

Automotive Sales Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and address their automotive needs and goals.
  • Demonstrate products that meet those goals.
  • Test drive vehicles with our guests highlighting the features and benefits of each.
  • Present purchasing options in a candid, competent manner.
  • Facilitate the completion of all related paperwork.
  • Fully use customer relation and other related software to maintain close customer relations via phone, email, and any other means necessary to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Remain in contact with the customer base to assure a good ownership experience and to expand the dealership customer base through repeat and referral business.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.

Qualifications

Automotive Sales Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED needed.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Auto sales experience preferred, but not needed.
  • Basic knowledge of computer literacy.

  • Good organizational skills are a plus!
  • Substance screening required for employment at Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky.
