is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional for immediate hire!

Experience is not required to be a Used Car Sales Associate at our dealership located right in the heart of Covington. We provide free automotive sales training for all pre-owned vehicle makes and models.

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will set customer appointments, prepare product presentations on vehicle features and operations, and explain finance used vehicle purchases.

The Car Sales Representative greets customers at the dealership, answers customer phone calls and emails, and follows-up with purchased or not yet purchased customers daily.

*Pay is determined by the hiring manager, based on experience, sales performance, and subject to company policy.

Responsibilities

Automotive Sales Professional Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare and present vehicles to customers to purchase.
  • Advise and educate customers on selecting the best vehicle to meet their specific automotive needs.
  • Establish and achieve strategic sales performance goals.
  • Review vehicle product and operating features with the customer at time of sale to ensure they understand vehicle operating features.
  • Initiate follow-up calls with unsold customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails, and schedule customer appointments accordingly.
  • Address any questions or concerns regarding financing options and assist with purchase paperwork.
  • Review vehicle warranty coverage, maintenance packages, service requirements and available accessories with the customer during the sold vehicle delivery process.
  • Consistently follow-up with sold customers to ensure customer satisfaction continues beyond the point of sale.

 

Qualifications

Automotive Sales Professional Qualifications:

 

  • Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Possess basic computer literacy skills.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work weekdays, weekends, and some evenings.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Good organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.

 

*A substance screening test and valid driver’s license is required for all employees at Performance Used Car Superstore.
