Auto Body Technician:

• Have mechanical abilities, which includes the ability for meticulous disassembly, repair, and reassembly
• Review estimates for accuracy
• Communicate with your Repair Process Manager what parts are necessary to put the vehicle back to manufacturer specifications
• Being self-motivated, logical, proficient, honest, and friendly
• Complete required visual vehicle inspections before and after work completion
• Maintain Body Shop Department image
• Comply with housekeeping and O.S.H.A. safety standards

• You must have your own tools
• Have the ability to use Chief frame rack equipment
• Basic computer literacy 
• Should have three years or more of experience
• Valid driver's license and can be insured to drive customer and company vehicles
