Sales Professional:

• Making customer satisfaction scores your number one priority
• Maintain Customer Service scores at or above regional average
• Greeting customer where ever you may be in the dealership
• Listening to their wants and needs to determine which automobile is the right fit
• Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner
• Helping a customer make a series of buying decisions which are mutually beneficial to the customer, and the store
• Answering phone calls professionally and making appointments
• Following up with customers who have not purchased yet
• Following up with "sold" customers till they buy again and send you referrals

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous sales experience not necessary
• Basic computer literacy
• Possess an upbeat outlook and attitude
• Dress professionally to appeal to the general public
• Must be willing to take coaching direction
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
