We are excited to offer opportunities for Experienced and Inexperienced professionals to join our team as Call Center Representatives, also known as BDC Agents. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy interacting with new people. As a Call Center Representative, your role will be to manage customer Internet leads and respond to inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for answering customers' questions about our products, brands, and inventory, and scheduling appointments for interested customers to visit our dealership.   • $15.00 Minimum Hourly Rate- Full-Time Position
  • Up To $22.50 Including Bonuses!

Responsibilities

Call Center Representative::

  • Managing customer Internet Leads
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Answering questions about product, brand, and inventory
  • Setting appointments for the dealership
  • Making phone calls to Internet customers
  • Following up with any unsold Internet prospects

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Proper phone etiquette required for this position
  • Need to possess basic computer literacy
  • Have a good driving record
  • Substance screening required of all Performance Kings Honda employees
