We've recently expanded our BDC Department and have immediate positions available for career-oriented, Experienced, and Inexperienced Call Center Representatives, also known as BDC Specialist or BDC Agent. BDC Agents manage customer Internet leads and respond to all inquiries in a quick and timely manner. You will answer customer questions about product, brand, inventory, and driving Internet traffic into the dealership by making appointments for interested customers.

Call Center Representative:

• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Making phone calls to Internet customers
• Following up with any unsold Internet prospects
• Setting appointments
• Delivering memorable moments to our guests is a priority

• High school diploma/GED required
• Friendly phone edict
• Basic computer literacy - Windows 10 or higher
  
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
