Performance Lexus RiverCenter, located in Covington, KY, and right across the river from Downtown Cincinnati, is a High-Line, Large Volume franchised dealership seeking multiple Drivers, also called Service and Delivery Specialist or Customer Service Liaison, to work directly with our Automotive Service and Sales Customers.

Responsibilities will include delivery and pickup of customer vehicles to and from the dealership while maintaining constant communication with the customer on the timeliness of service and the delivery once completed. Performance Lexus RiverCenter Service and Delivery Specialists should have an extensive background in customer service, the ability to maintain a high level of energy throughout the day, and possess exceptional communication skills. • $12.00 to $13.00 Per Hour (Experience-based)

Service and delivery Specialist:

• Promptly and professionally pick-up and deliver service vehicles
  
• Delivery of New and Used vehicles to our Guest as for test drives
  
• Sanitize each vehicle upon entry and exit every time
• Accurately answer Customer questions
  
• Communicate information from the Guest to the Service Advisor
• Professional appearance required (Shirts provided)    
  
• Follow Performance Policies and Procedures
  
• Report any issues and or emergencies immediately to your manager

• High school diploma or GED required
• Driver's license with a good driving record
• Able to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles
• Basic computer literacy
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Lexus RiverCenter employees
