Corporate Service Department Call Center Representatives are specialized, highly trained & skilled members of the Service Business Development Center. People in this position handle inbound service reservation calls, confirm service reservations, perform outbound follow-up calls for due or overdue service clients. Also, Special Ordered Part (SOP) notifications; “we owe” scheduling calls and any additional outbound calls requested by management.
