The ideal candidate will have Prior automotive title experience.  You must be able to complete tasks independently as well as be able to support office management staff as directed.

• $16.00 - $19.00 per hour (experience-based)
• Monday-Friday Flex Hours 7;30 am to 6:00 pm

Title Clerk Specialist:

• Process or assist in processing customer retail or lease title and registrations
• Process resale titles
• Process or assist in processing loaner vehicle title and registrations
• Reconcile assigned accounts
• Produce checks for title batches and plates
• Produce refund checks to customers
• Mail, copy, and file deal related paperwork
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous automotive title experience is preferred
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work inependently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accurateness
• Strong organization skills
• Demonstrate and use positive attitude and great interpersonal skills when dealing with team members, co-workers and customers
• Experience working in a consolidated accounting office environment is preferred
• Possess a good driving record
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Automotive Employees
