Performance Automotive Network is a multi-brand, high-volume automotive dealership group in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky. We've moved into our brand new state-of-the-art corporate office, located on Union Center Drive in West Chester, OH, and have an immediate need for an additional Accounting Clerk - Deal Poster!

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a high-paced office environment, with previous automotive accounting experience preferred. And must be able to complete tasks independently and be able to support office management staff, as directed.

• Flexible Hours Between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Hourly Rate Is "Experienced-Based"

Accounting Clerk - Deal Poster:

• Review and post automotive deals
• Update and reconcile commission pay sheets
• Reconcile, submit, and pay F&I products
• Review and reconcile accounting schedules
• Work closely with Office Manager to assist in month-end duties and financial statement preparation

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of general ledger accounts and be able to post documents accurately
• Ability to reconcile accounts and pay sheets
• Capable of staying organized and work efficiently
• Previous automotive accounting experience is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Be relied upon to work independently
• Hold a valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Automotive Network employees
