Performance Toyota of Fairfield, OH, conveniently located near Cincinnati on Route 4 in Fairfield, is seeking a Full-Time Lot Technician, also called Lot Tech or Inventory Specialist. As a Lot Technician at Performance Toyota Fairfield, you will be responsible for the overall appearance and readiness of the used vehicle floor plan. The ideal candidate should be very organized, possess a high amount of energy, and be courteous and friendly with everyone at all times.


  • $13.00 - $16.00 Per Hour (experienced-based)
  • Monday - Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm

Lot Technician:

  • Detailing vehicles deliveries
  • Placing window stickers on new inventory
  • Photographing vehicles to place on web pages
  • Maintain and organize the outdoor sales floor
  • Insure all vehicles are gassed and ready for sale
  • Filling in empty spots on outside sales floor
  • May be asked to pitch in on other duties during down times such as:
    • Shop maintenance.
    • Shuttling of service customers.
    • Dealer trades.


  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Master of good organizational skills.
  • Able to move and park all automobiles (automatic and standard transmission).
  • Have basic computer literacy.
  • Check in new vehicles as they arrive from manufacturer.
  • Possess a good driving record.
  • Required to pass a drug screen to insure safe winning teams to serve “Every Customer, Every Vehicle, Every Day!”
