The Business Development Center Specialist is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, including inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles, Internet leads, and providing general information.

• $15.00 Minimum Hourly Rate- Full-Time Position

Business Development Center Specialist:

• Managing customer Internet Leads
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Answering questions about product, brand, and inventory
• Setting appointments for the dealership
• Making phone calls to Internet customers
• Following up with any unsold Internet prospects

• High school diploma/GED required
• Proper phone etiquette required for this position
  
• Need to possess basic computer literacy
• Have a good driving record
