Performance Lexus RiverCenter, located in Covington, KY, and right across the river from Downtown Cincinnati, is a High-Line, Large Volume dealership seeking a Full-Time, Lexus Delivery and Technology Specialist, also called Lexus Delivery Specialist. A Vehicle Lexus Vehicle Delivery and Technology Specialist trains to become a subject matter expert on Lexus intel technology and share it with a new Lexus owner at delivery time. Afterward, you will provide a fully comprehensive explanation of vehicle features, warranty, and maintenance schedule to clients. Upon our client's return for service visits, you will make yourself available for questions, answers, and demonstration of any intel technology they might want help understanding. 

• $14.00 - $16.50 Per Hour (Experience-based)
• Compensation is Hourly Plus Bonus!
  
• 40 Hours Per Week With Some Nights and Weekends
  

Vehicle Delivery and Technology Specialist:

• Possess exceptional knowledge about and be able to communicate with customers on
  • Lexus Features: From seat adjustments to rear-view camera operation as well as everything in between
  • Smart-phone apps: Lexus Vehicles are closely linked with the technology drivers use every day
  • Lexus Systems: Lexus has developed unique automotive systems to provide more excellent value to our clients
• Properly completing vehicle pre-delivery
• Ensuring that the vehicle is ready well before the appointed pickup time
• Personalizing delivery to the individual buyer's needs
• Extra time familiarizing buyers with new features
• Explaining how the Lexus warranty works
• Have a solid understanding of people, both verbal and nonverbal

• High school diploma/GED required
  
• Computer literacy
• Strong communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and courteous personality
• Prepared to work Saturdays
• Possess a valid Driver's License with a good driving record
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Lexus RiverCenter employees
