The Ideal Candidate Should Have at Least Ten Years of Automotive Retail Experience With Five Years or More as a Used Car Sales Manager in a Franchised Automotive Dealership. Substantial leadership dexterity will be required for the training and developing of sales professionals, and creating a diverse yet comprehensive work culture needed for today's wide-ranging clientele!     Responsibilities

    Used Car Sales Manager:

    • Manage inventory acquisition, reconditioning, merchandising and disposition

    • Establish a network with other Dealer's to acquire and wholesale inventory

    • Handle all reconditioning for both retail and wholesale

    • Insure Certified used inventory is always ready for manufacturer audit
    • Turn used inventory every 45 to 60 days
    • Continuous building, training, and development of sales careers
    • Achieving pre-determined objectives through voluntary cooperation of fellow management team and your sales staff
    • Constant communication of objectives with fellow mangers, and sales staff
    • Maintaining store's customer satisfaction score at or above district objective
    • Executing Performance Automotive Network’s process and procedure of hiring and on-boarding of new sales staff
    • Insuring good morale on the sales floor; always
    • Planning and executing sales meetings
    • Achieving manufacturer certification standards for entire sales team
    • Leading your sales team by example

    Qualifications

    Used Car Sales Manager:

    • Education: high school diploma/GED required
    • Ten years or more automotive retail experience
    • Five years in management with an automotive franchised dealership
    • Use of vAuto, Provision, Stockwave, and other technologies to make data driven decisions

    • Computer literacy skills windows 10 or newer

    • Proficient organizational expertise needed daily

    • Valid driver's license with a good driving record is required

    • Drug screening required for all Performance Automotive Network Employees
