    Internet Sales Managers oversee and manage daily operations of the BDC (Business Development Center). Managing an average of 1150 Internet sales leads per month, educating potential customers on our products and services, and scheduling sales appointments. Most communication is by phone, text, or email. All while maintaining an accurate customer database using VinSolutions. To be successful in this position, you must be highly driven, self-motivated, obsessed with providing great customer service and possess excellent closing and selling skills.

    Responsibilities

    Internet Sales Manager:

    • Motivating BDC agents by creating a positive culture and leading by example
    • Taking responsibility of sales training and development of the Internet Team
    • Maintain customer satisfaction scores above region average for Internet Department
    • Manage, distribute, and track Internet sales leads
    • Forecast monthly New & Used sales goals for Internet sales consultants and input into Axcessa
    • Maintain current and competitive Internet pricing, daily and weekly specials
    • Ensure all leads are followed up by department goal of 15 minutes or less
    • Support staff and clients by handling escalated calls/situations
    • Be attentive to phone calls and emails to maintain a positive flow of daily business
    • Proficiency with all features of the dealership software (Lightyear, VinSolutions, Vauto, Axcessa, RouteOne, Website, and Lead generating website tools)
    • Manage the standard reporting of set, shown, and sold appointment percentages. Tracking of inbound and outbound contact volume by method

    Qualifications

    Internet Sales Manager:

    • High school diploma/GED required
    • Superior computer, Internet, social media, and phone skills
    • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate BDC agents
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Must be available week days, evenings, and weekends
    • Substance screening required of all employees
    • Good driving record
