    As a High-line Automotive Sales Consultant, your primary objective is to assist our customers through a series of buying decisions which are mutually beneficial to the Customer, the Store, and You. This will be accomplished by asking questions, listening to their needs, and understanding their budget. Then you will find the right vehicle by demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features of various types of automobiles. You will also be presenting finance options, and showing automotive products.

    • Making customer satisfaction scores your number one priority

    • Greeting customers where ever you may be in the dealership
    • Dress professionally to appeal to the general public
    • Maintain an energetic, positive, and respectful attitude with everyone
    • Listening to a customer's wants and needs to determine which automobile is the right fit
    • Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner
    • Answering phone calls professionally and making appointments
    • Contacting  unsold showroom traffic
    • Following up with "sold" customers till they purchase again and sending referrals
    • Prepared to take coaching and direction


    High-line Automotive Sales:

    • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
    • High school diploma/GED required
    • Competent level of computer literacy

    • Have good organizational skills
    • Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
