    Responsibilities

    Customer Service Representative:

    • Making customer satisfaction scores your number one priority
    • Greeting customer where ever you may be in the dealership
    • Listening to customer wants and needs to find the right vehicle
    • Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner
    • Answering phone calls professionally and making appointments
    • Contacting customers who haven't purchased yet
    • Following up with "sold" customers till they buy again and/or send you referrals

    Qualifications

    Customer Service Representative:

    • High school diploma/GED required
    • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
    • Basic computer literacy
    • Good organizational skills
    • Have a good driving record
