    Performance Lexus RiverCenter located in Covington, KY seeks a well qualified Service Advisor, (often referred to as a "Service Writer"). Are you currently working in the automotive field as a Service Writer or Service Advisor and would like to have a career in a High Volume Franchised Dealership with a cohesive, diversified, and inclusive work culture?     The ideal candidate should have 2 years or more of automotive Service Advisor experience. Have the ability to effectively communicate the technician's diagnosis and repair results to customers by reviewing available parts and service options with them. We'll be counting on your high energy and on going development of extensive product knowledge to serve all of our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance.


    • $49,000.00 to $65,000.00 Annually (experience based)

    Service Writer:

    • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above the district average
    • Receiving customer’s and their automobiles in a timely manner
    • Constant communication with service technicians
    • Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from technicians
    • Notifying technicians of authorized diagnoses with a “promise time” for completion of work
    • Prompt call to customers when vehicle is ready
    • Notify customer of any delays prior to the “promise time”
    • Close all repair orders and review with customers as time of pickup


    Service Writer:

    • High school diploma/GED required
    • Two years of automotive Service Advisor experience
    • Basic computer literacy
    • This position requires a lot of walking
    • Have a good driving record
    • Drug screening is required of all Performance Employees
