    The ideal candidate for this position will be extensively trained as an expert on all of the models we carry. Delivering high quality customer service, and becoming a consultant to each customer in finding the right vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs will be a top priority.     Responsibilities

     New Car Sales Executive:

    • Making customer satisfaction scores your number one priority
    • Greeting customer where ever you may be in the dealership
    • Listening to their wants and needs to determine which automobile is the right fit
    • Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner
    • Answering phone calls professionally and making appointments
    • Following up with customers who have not purchased yet
    • Following up with "sold" customers till they buy again and send you referrals
    • Willing to take coaching direction from mentors
    • Desire to grow through continued training and development

    Qualifications

    New Car Sales Executive:

    • High school diploma/GED required
    • Basic computer literacy
    • Professional dress appealing to the general public
    • Good organizational skills
    • Posses a good driving record
