    Responsibilities

    Internet Sales Associate:

    • Managing customer leads
    • Responding to all inquiries in a quick and timely manner
    • Answering customer questions on product brand, and inventory
    • Helping customers find the best car for their needs
    • Explaining the benefits of the vehicles
    • Drive Internet traffic into the dealership
    • Making appointments for interested customers
    • Continuously following up throughout the buying process using VinSolutions
    • Understanding the needs of a diverse client base and able to adapt your approach accordingly
    • Setting and obtaining sales goals

    Qualifications

    Internet Sales Associate:

    • High school diploma/GED required
    • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
    • Competent level of computer literacy

    • Professional phone etiquette
    • Have a good driving record
    • Drug screening required for this position
