    Performance Jeep Centerville is seeking inexperienced and experienced Automotive Sales Professionals who are able to learn quickly and start generating results immediately. The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert on all of the models that we sell; will deliver high quality customer service, and become a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for JEEP SUVs, we want to hear from you!

     

    Paid Salary During Training Cycle!

    Earn $40,000 to $60,000 Annually (Results Based)

    No Prior Automotive Sales Required

    Responsibilities

     Automotive Sales Professional:

    • Making customer satisfaction scores your number one priority
    • Greeting customer where ever you may be in the dealership
    • Listening to customer wants and needs to find the right vehicle
    • Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner
    • Answering phone calls professionally and making appointments
    • Contacting customers who haven't purchased yet
    • Following up with "sold" customers till they buy again and/or send you referrals

    Qualifications

    Automotive Sales Professional:

    • High school diploma/GED required
    • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
    • Basic computer literacy
    • Dress professionally to appeal to the general public
    • Willing to take coaching direction
    • Good organizational skills
    • Have a great driving record
