    The Retention Consultant’s primary responsibility is mining the data of the dealership’s current owner base and alerting management to potential new and pre-owned car deals. This position is Full Time, Monday thru Thursday 8am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 6pm. Off on Fridays and Sundays.

    Responsibilities

    Retention Consultant:

    • Use of Auto Alert software to identify clients with equity in current Lexus vehicle.
    • Make phone calls to customers to make them aware of equity positions and gauge interest in another vehicle.
    • Introduce all interested clients to sales managers.
    • Email all service customers the night before their scheduled appointment to introduce the “Vehicle
    • Exchange Program” and offer to meet them in the drive the following day.
    • Assist sales managers with factory incentive programs for early termination lease customers.
    • Assist sales managers with sales events (in store or off-site), based on availability.
    • Compile reports at management direction to determine effectiveness of retention campaigns and related sales events.
    • Any other sales-related duties, as deemed necessary by management to assist in customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    Retention Consultant:

    • Previous retail sales experience is a plus.
    • Maintain Customer Service scores at or above regional average.
    • Basic computer literacy.
    • Possess an upbeat outlook and attitude.
    • Dress professionally to appeal to the general public.
    • Must be willing to take coaching direction.
    • Have good organizational skills.
    • Must have a great driving record.
    • Pass a drug screen to ensure we build safe and winning teams.
