You will answers customer questions on product brand, and inventor; as well helping customers find the best car for their needs, and explaining the benefits of the vehicles. You will drive Internet traffic into the dealership, making appointments for interested customers, and continuously following up throughout the buying process using VinSolutions. You should understand the needs of a diverse client base and able to adapt your approach accordingly.  You will set and obtain sales goals, which are beneficial to the customer, the store, and you.

    Responsibilities

    BDC Professional:

    • Customer satisfaction the "Performance Automotive" way will be your priority number one.
    • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Making phone calls to Internet customers.
    • Demonstrating vehicle upon prospects arrival.
    • Following up with any unsold Internet prospects.
    • Processing the sale and collecting customer information for the business office.

    Qualifications

    BDC Professional:

    • Previous Automotive Internet Sales experience is welcomed but not required.
    • Possess strong phone edict.
    • Must be flexible to work day, night, and weekend hours.
    • Should be able and ready to work in a "Team" environment.
    • Need to possess basic computer literacy.
    • Must have an excellent driving record.
    • Must pass a drug screen to insure we build a safe and friendly "Winning Team".
