    Performance Selct Cars logoThe Automotive Sales Consultant's, (Also often referred to as Sales Associates, or Sales Professionals), primary responsibility is to assist Our Clients through making a series of buying decisions which are mutually beneficial to the Client, the Store, and You. This will be accomplished through understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features of various types of automobiles; presenting finance options, and showing automotive products. This position is Full Time.

    Automotive sales Consultant:

    • Making customer satisfaction scores your number one priority.
    • Greeting customer where ever you may be in the dealership.
    • Listening to their wants and needs to determine which automobile is the right fit.
    • Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner.
    • Helping a customer make a series of buying decisions which are mutually beneficial to the customer, and the store.
    • Answering phone calls professionally and making appointments.
    • Following up with customers who have not purchased yet.
    • Following up with "sold" customers till they buy again and send you referrals.


    Automotive Sales Cunsultant:

    • Maintain Customer Service scores at or above regional average.
    • Basic computer literacy.
    • Possess an upbeat outlook and attitude.
    • Dress professionally to appeal to the general public.
    • Must be willing to take coaching direction.
    • Have good organizational skills.
    • Must have a great driving record.
    • Pass a drug screen to ensure we build safe and winning teams.
