    Auto body technicians fix cars after they've been damaged in an accident or other incident. They use a wide array of tools to cut off old parts, connect new parts to the car, fill holes, repair scratches, dents and dings, and make the car look as good as new.

    Auto body techs often work directly with customers at shops, and must have good customer service. They are able to give customers an estimate for what the work will cost, and create itemized bills when the repairs are done

    • Experienced based pay ($38,000.00 to $67,000.00 annually)
    • This position is full time.


    Auto Body Technician:

    • Have mechanical abilities, which includes meticulous disassembly, repair, and reassemble.
    • Review estimates for accuracy.
    • Communicate with your Repair Process Manager what parts are necessary to put the vehicle back to manufacturer specifications.
    • Be self-motivated, logical, proficient, honest and friendly.
    • Complete required visual vehicle inspections after you’re done.
    • Maintain Body Shop Department image.
    • Comply with housekeeping and O.S.H.A. safety standards.
    • Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by his/her supervisor


    Auto Body Tech:

    • Must own your own tools.
    • Experience with pbg. water based paint.
    • Need to have the ability to use Chief frame rack equipment.
    • Basic computer literacy.
    • Should have 5 years or more of experience.
    • Have a great driving record.
    • Must pass a drug screen to insure we build winning teams.
