    The Automotive Sales Consultant's primary objective is to provide a purchase experience to our guests that they have never experienced before, one that far exceeds their expectations and keeps them customers for life. We accomplish this by listening to their wants and needs, thus finding the right vehicle for to suit their budget. We treat each customer as we would a guest in our own home.  (This position is full time.) This job is not “get rich quick” nor is it easy. The hours are long and the compensation is dependent on how much of yourself you are willing to give to the guest. However, it is extremely rewarding for those seeking a long-term answer to the question of how they would like to spend their working years in service of others.     Responsibilities

     Automotive Sales (Cunsulative):

    • Makingt customer satisfaction scores your number one priority.
    • Greeting customer where ever you may be in the dealership.
    • Listening to their wants and needs to determine which automobile is the right fit.
    • Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner.
    • Helping a customer make a series of buying decisions which are mutually beneficial to the customer, and the store.
    • Answering phone calls professionally and making appointments.
    • Following up with customers who have not purchased yet.
    • Following up with "sold" customers till they buy again and send you referrals.

    Qualifications

    Automotive Sales (Consultative):

    • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
    • Maintain Customer Service scores at or above regional average.
    • Basic computer literacy.
    • Possess an upbeat outlook and attitude.
    • Dress professionally to appeal to the general public.
    • Must be willing to take coaching direction.
    • Have good organizational skills.
    • Must have a great driving record.
