This is accomplished through strong leadership, training and developing of sales professionals, and creating a great atmosphere for consultative sales!     Responsibilities

    Sales Manager:

    • Continuous building, training, and development of sales careers
    • Achieving pre-determined objectives through voluntary and mutual cooperation of fellow management team and your sales staff.
    • Constant communication of objectives with fellow mangers, and sales staff.
    • Maintaining store's customer satisfaction score at or above district objective.
    • Executing Performance Automotive Network’s process and procedure of hiring and on-boarding of new sales staff.
    • Insuring good morale on the sales floor at all times.
    • Planning and executing sales meetings.
    • Achieving manufacturer certification standards for entire sales team.
    • Leading your sales team by example.

    Qualifications

    Sales Manager:

    • Five years or more the automotive retail sales (two years in management).
    • Possess people skills needed to motivate and inspire a sales staff to grow.
    • Knowledge of dealer applications such as, CRM, V-Auto, Manufacturer sites, and DMS systems.
    • Computer literacy skills windows 10 or newer.
    • Must have time management.
    • Need to be organized on a daily basis.
    • Possess a GREAT driving record.
