      • Position is full time, Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm

    *The Service Department Greeter's primary job assignment is keeping the service drive clear of automobiles. You will be a customer's first point of contact when they arrive. You will be expected to be friendly, polite, and courteous to all customers, as well as other team members.


    Sevice Department Greeter:

    • Greet each guest with a prompt and professional, “Good Morning/Afternoon; Welcome to Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM”.
    • Ask their name and retrieve per-repair order, current vehicle mileage and walk customer introduce them to their Service Adviser.
    • Hang tag from the rear view mirror, tag keys, and place floor and seat cover on driver’s side.
    • Pull "waiting on" reservation vehicles into shop on corresponding side, non-waiting vehicles are to be parked out back of shop and the keys are to be hung in corresponding lock box. Vehicles need to face the building.
    • Always keep vehicles pulled to the front of the drive, get tag number, last 8, or wash keys and pull vehicle up as far as possible in the service drive.
    • Answering phones with proper training and setting service reservations.
    • Perform complementary tire pressure checks for ALL guests, including all 5 tires when necessary.
    • Pull up loaners for guests/service writers, check guest’s out in loaners (walk around) and walk them through vehicles. (Push button ignition, fuel door, mirrors, heat/ac, hybrid function, etc.)
    • Check in loaners upon return, marking updated mileage, fuel, and spot number on key tag
    • Pull loaners through the wash if they are dirty, (time permitting) or place in the “dirty” bin at cashier’s desk.
    • Gas service cars when necessary.
    • Gas loaners when tank is below 1/3 a tank. Be sure loaners are parked in back of the lot.




    Service Department Greeter:

    • Must be available to work weekdays, and evenings.
    • Possess an excellent driving record.
    • Pre-employment drug screen to assure we build teams of people who can best work with others and service customer needs.
    • Be able to smile and be friendly to all customers at all times.
    • Possess excellent listening and organizational skills.
    • Must be able to drive most makes and model automobiles.
