    Parts Professional:

    • Assists all customers by determining wants and needs, then selling necessary products to complete the customer’s job.
    • Answering incoming phone calls with a positive attitude.
    • Operating computer and paper cataloging systems.
    • Properly checking in, and stocking all incoming parts accurately.
    • Keeps merchandise stock labeling current.
    • Effectively communicating store specials, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
    • Fulfill Technician’s repair order needs accurately and quickly.
    • Assists in store inventories.
    • Perform packaging and shipping for retail and wholesale customers.
    • Always demonstrates a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance.


    Parts Professional:

    • Have a good knowledge of auto parts.
    • Computer skills (windows, Excel, Word, and Internet).
    • Excellent Customer Service is a must.
    • Able to pull and place inventory.
    • Able to answer phones.
    • Must pass a drug screen to ensure safe and winning teams.
    • Have a good driving record.
