    *Performance Toyota is seeking inexperienced and experienced Automotive Sales Professionals whom are able to learn quickly and start generating results immediately. The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert on all of the models that we sell, will deliver high quality customer service and become a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for Toyota cars and trucks, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

     Automotive Sales Professional:

    • Making customer satisfaction scores your number one priority.
    • Greeting customer where ever you may be in the dealership.
    • Listening to their wants and needs to determine which automobile is the right fit.
    • Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner.
    • Helping a customer make a series of buying decisions which are mutually beneficial to the customer, and the store.
    • Answering phone calls professionally and making appointments.
    • Following up with customers who have not purchased yet.
    • Following up with "sold" customers till they buy again and send you referrals.

    Qualifications

    Automotive Sales Professional:

    • Maintain Customer Service scores at or above regional average.
    • Basic computer literacy.
    • Possess an upbeat outlook and attitude.
    • Dress professionally to appeal to the general public.
    • Must be willing to take coaching direction.
    • Have good organizational skills.
    • Must have a great driving record.
    • Pass a drug screen to ensure we build safe and winning teams.
